"The State Farm office particularly Maddie has been exceptional and their service to this old but new resident returning to Pennsylvania as a resident for the first time since 1975. I needed help not only ensuring my old car and then suddenly a new car and then my vintage horn, which is a one of a kind rare instrument where I only the only one left from 1942. We had to work hard to find an Appraiser and in every step they stayed in it helping me until we found a guy in Allen who is the real deal and finally gave me the appraisal that was needed based on previous evaluations of the spare piece which means everything to me because it’s my voice that’s where I compose my music and turn songs and instrumental pieces into orchestral works with collaborators that work so making sure that this horn is cared for with the proper policy was a priority of this State Farm office particularly Maddie. She was relentless making sure that would happen and it took several weeks to work out because instruments like mine are as rare as some Stradivarius violin that still run the Earth so thank you Maddie and thank you Mark and everyone who really did participate in different ways to make the easy part of ensuring my car and where I live work but the hard part that took creativity and Maddie and the whole team didn’t shy away from hitting a home run out of the park this place is great and they will go not only the extra mile but the extra thousand miles to make sure that they give you the best product you can ever ask for"
